    1876/77: Dom Pedro rouletted 500 r. orange used with 1878/79 Barba Blanca 300 r. bistre on 1886 registered cover to Zitzmar, Germany; each tied by BLUMENAU datestamps(Oct 15). Framed 'Brazil/R' registration handstamp on front and reverse with Rio transit cds in red (Oct 26) and Zitzmar arrival cds. One or two minor scuffs but an impressive and scarce mixed issue franking.
