    Boule de Moulins 1871 (Jan 3): Entire letter from Avranches to beseiged Paris, endorsed 'par Moulins Allier', franked by 1870 Bordeaux issue 20 c. blue (Report 1, position 8) and superb large margined 80 c. carmine (position 8), tied by 264 gros chiffres with Avranches cds at left. A fine and rare entire with reverse showing imprint of an 80 c. carmine from the letter below. Exceptional. Signed Chevalier, Calves, Roumet. Cert. Roumet (2012).
