    1911: South American Postal Congress, souvenir card bearing 1910 Artigas set and Congress 5 c. adhesive, the card given to delegates at the Congress and signed at right by 'F. Garcia y Santos' the Uruguayan Postmaster General, slight ageing but very scarce; also imperforate card Proofs in colour for the Congress 5 c. (25 incl. multiples), unadopted 'Port' Essays (7) and a cover from the Colombian Legation to Brazil handstamped 'Libre De Porte / Congreso de Montevideo 1911'.
