    5 c. green, fourteen examples used on double rate registered 1867 cover to Ayacucho all tied by dotted HUANCAVELICA handstamps with five leaved handstamps (six) and two strikes of datestamp (Oct 21) alongside framed CERTIFICACION, all struck in blue, paying the 20 c. double rate and 50 c. registration. Creasing and a few imperfections, one pair removed and replaced back into position with hinge, a delightful and colourful cover.
