    1 peseta red, a horizontal pair in a deep shade used on single rate registered 1862 entire letter to Lima, cancelled by framed PASCO handstamp in black (Lamy & Rinck fig. 6) with superb strike of PASCO / CERTIFICACION / FRANCA handstamp above (Lamy & Rinck fig. 55) in black. reverse with PASCO-T datestamp (Dec 22) and LIMA arrival datestamp (Dec 23) and countersigned as received.
