    1 peseta rose-red, a vertical pair used on 1859 entire letter to Corocoro, Bolivia; upper stamp barely touched at top but showing much wear in the Plate, tied by two strikes of 'Admon. Pral De Correos / Tacna' circular datestamps (April 19) struck in black. Manuscript charge '2½' (reales)n due on receipt at left. Some age spots but an unusual double rate cover, paid as far as the frontier.
