    Girardot Provisional 1921 (Oct): VALOR 30 Ctvos / S.C.A.T.A. surcharge in black on 50 c. pale green from left of sheet, a fine used example on piece cancelled by Barranquilla violet time clock and handstruck "14 Nov 1921". The earliest recorded date of use, although both Michel and Gibbons state October as the issue date. Signed Kessler Gi 8 = £ 1'300/Mi 7 = EUR 1'400/Scott = $ 625.
