    20 c. red, a superb example, marginal from the left of sheet, with plate flaw at left in vertical dividing line, clear to enormous margins all round, used on cover from Bogotá to Velez, cancelled by fine oval BOGOTÁ handstamp in black. Some imperfections to cover but just two covers are recorded with the 20 centavos and this describer believes this to be the finer, a remarkable and extremely rare franking. Signed Gilbert & Köhler.
