    10 c. yellow, a fine four margined example used on cover from Espinal to Bogotá, tied by oval ESPINAL / FRANCA handstamp in black; pre-paying the single letter rate of 10 centavos for a distance between 50 and 150 km. The cover with a few insignificant faults but very rare-the sole recorded usage of this cancellation on a stamped cover. Cert. Moorhouse (2012).
