5 c. blue, the superb used horizontal pair from Second Setting, showing the tête-bêche variety, positions 42-43, of superb appearance and vibrant colour, cancelled by large part BOGOTÁ handstamp in black - the sole known pair used with a handstamp rather than cancelled in manuscript.
