    1896: Official Valparaiso postal stationery card in grey-black on pale buff, showing rare "Winged Wheel" Valparaiso Post Office emblem (printed on to reverse of card with imprint 'Lit. Gillet, Valpo.'), mailed to the Post Office in Oruro, Bolivia with message "Nos meilleurs voeux pour la Nouvelle Année", cancelled by Valparaiso cds (Dec 29). Faulty but extremely rare card.
