    1869: First page of 'L'Impartial' Newspaper issued in Smyrna, mailed to Aleppo where charged with Postage Due 1869 20 pa. brown and vertically bisected 20 pa. brown, both rough perf. 5-11, and tied by framed all arabic ALEPPO handtsamp in black. Fresh and very fine, a rare usage.
