    1926 (June 25): Postcard sent airmail from Chaville to Basrah, Iraq carried by the Arrachart Brothers, franked by Pasteur 75 c. blue (Muller #151). This Flight used a Potez 28 machine with a Renault 550 h.p. engine, but the route was never established by CIDNA due to pressure from the Turkish Military. Large oval 'Postmaster Posts & Telegraphs / Basrah' cachet in violet (June 27) at left. A mere 27 covers were carried. Ex collection Bill Robertson.
