    1899: Cover sent registered from Chehzade Bachi, Constantinople to Maglay, Bosnia franked on reverse with 1892 20 pa. claret (two horizontal pairs) tied by bold strikes of Chehzafe Bachi negative seal handstamps in black (Coles & Walker fig. 20) with framed registration cachet in blue below good strike of bilingual STAMBOUL 27 DIREKLERARASSI datestamp (fig 25). Front of cover with unlisted oval registration handstamp (partially intaglio at top) with Constantinople cds in blue at right (Dec 5). Maglay arrival cds on reverse of a charming cover that would benefit by being opened for display.
