    1873/74 (Dated 1290): Shahi black, position 13 on the plate of 15 types, "Retouched Worn State" with face redrawn and ornaments at left showing considerable wear, a fine unused example (see R. Jack 'Afghanistan' page 15). Scarce and most unusual stamp. Signed Todd AIEP.
