    80 r. slate violet, single and a block of four used on reverse of 1880 registered cover mailed at double rate from Victoria cancelled in black. 'Espirito Santo' datestamp at left (Feb 13) and oval REGISTRADO below, part red Rio de Janeiro arrival datestamp on reverse. One stamp with file fold and the top right stamp in the block torn on opening of the letter, but a cover of great impact and a rarity of the issue.
