500 r. orange, a fine horizontal strip of three and single 100 r. green used on 1880 Boris Frères cover from Céarà via Pernambuco to Paris, cancelled by segmented 'cartwheel' handstamps in black, 'Cearà' French type despatch cds at base (June 9) and circular 'PD' in red at right. Struck on front with 'Bresil / Calais' entry marking in blue (July 4). Reverse with French type 'Pernambuco' transit cds (June 13). A fresh and fine cover.
