    1882 (June 22): Cover at double rate from Goerlitz to Sao Luiz, Paraná Province, struck with 'Goerlitz' despatch cds in black and endorsed 'Militaria' at lower left (the reverse with 'Kgl. 1. Westpr. LDW. Regt. No. 6 / 1 Batallon / 2 Compagnie' cachet in blue), taxed on arrival with octagonal framed '600 / Rs.' handstamp in black. A most unusual cover.
