    1870 (Nov 21): Large part entire, side flap missing, addressed to Périguex carried by Ballon Monté 'Ville D'Orleans' franked by 1863 20 c. blue tied by Paris Star 35 with Ministère Des Finances cds alongside. Reverse with Périguex (Dec 12) arrival after the Ballon had landed safely in Norway. A rare Ballon. Cert. Vuagniaux (1982).
