    1870 (Nov 15): Entire letter addressed to Rouen carried on Ballon Monté 'Le Général Ulrich', franked by Cérès 1870 20 c., blue tied by Paris Star No. 35 with 'Ministère des Finances' cds at left. 'Grand Couronne' arrival cds on reverse (Nov 24). A fine entire. Signed Roumet.
    Note: This was the first 'Night Flight' ever undertaken.
