    Ballon monté 1870 (Sept 23): Entire letter addressed to La Côte St. André, carried on Ballon Monté 'La Ville de Florence' franked by 1863 20 c. blue tied by Paris Star 1 with Place de la Bourse cds alongside. Reverse with La Côte St. André arrival (Sept 28) cds. Some ageing around perfs. but a very rare Ballon.
