30 c. rose on white paper used with bisected vertically 30 c. rose on 1921 flown cover from Bogotá to Cartagena, cancelled by circular SERVICIO POSTAL AEREO / SCADTA / CARTAGENA in violet with Colombia 1920 3 c. green alongside. Handstruck "15 DIC 1921" date at left. A rare bisected usage, the 30 centavos adhesive paid the SCADTA rate until Barranquilla, the additional 15 centavos (the bisect) paid the increased tariff to Cartagena.
