    20 c. blue, First Stone, used on January 1860 cover from Bogotá to Medellín, a fine four margined example neatly tied by BOGOTÁ oval handstamp in black. The rate of 20 centavos prepaid the double letter rate (above 10 and under 15 grams), for a distance between 150 and 450 km. Exceptional cover and rare so fine. Signed A. Diena, Otto Müller.
