    Santa Fé de Bogotá-Nare-Yolombo-Antioquia Route 1803 (Feb 12): Entire letter prepaid from Rio Negro to the administrator of the Tobacco revenue in Medellin, endorsed "R.S." (Real Servizio) at lower left, and struck with wonderful impressions of RIO NEGRO straight line (Tizon 1 = RR) and FRANCA both in red (Tizon 3 = RR). Rated "2" reales for a double rate letter under ¾ ounce. Exceptional and rare entire.
