    Santa Fé de Bogotá-La Plata-Popayan-Quito Route 1818.: Large parcel cover from Túquerres prepaid to the Military Commander in Pasto, distance 15 leagues / 85 kms., struck with fine contracted TUQUERRES handstamp with FRANCA above, both in black (Tizon 1 & 2 = RRR). Rated "72" reales prepaid for "24" ounces in weight (at 3 reales per ounce).  Undated but Tizon only states 1818 for the use of either of these rare handstamps in black.
