    Santa Fé de Bogotá-La Plata-Popayan-Quito Route 1780 (Oct 17): Judicial record from Buga on papel sellado (Charles III seal, priced at 6 reales) struck at top with the contracted POPAYAN handstamp (Tizon 1 = EXT) with superb impression of the FRANCA. marking alongside (Tizon 6 = RRR), both in red. Rare - Buga had no Postal Office or Agency until 1794 and therefore the Popayan handstamp was used.
