    1770-1810: Royal Mail, Province of Santa Fé & Bogotá. 1782: Large outer letter sheet, watermarked with Castle, endorsed at top "Por El Rey" and mailed from Charles III, King of Spain to the lawyers and Regent of the Real Audiencia of Quito, struck with superb oval Royal Seal handstamp in black and good strike of ESPAÑA handstamp applied in transit at Cartagena (Tizon 8 = RRR) in red. Rare and early cover. Photocopy of Cert. Bortfeldt (2008).
