    27 parale black on rose paper, an octagonally cut to shape example, tiny tear at right by 'P' in design, otherwise a good example of this rare stamp with rich colour and definition, cancelled by large part 'Galatz / Moldova' datestamp in blue. Cert. Heimbüchler (2013), A. Diena (1983) and RPS (1894), the certificate being signed by three doyens of phillately: E.D. Bacon, M. P. Castle and E. B. Evans Mi = EUR 17'000.
