    1879 (April 9): Cover from Constantinople to Bombay / India franked by 1867/74 5 s. red and 15 s. deep brown tied by bold COSTANTINOPOLI / LLOYD datestamp in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 447). Reverse with Austrian thimble 'Alexandrien' transit thence through Egyptian P.O. in Alexandria and Suez (April 20), with 'Sea Post Office' datestamp alongside (April 25). A fine and attractive cover to a rare destination.
