    1933 (Aug. 19): Dutch Indies via UK to USA regular sized business envelope franked  with 210 cents tied by "BANDJERMASIN" cds.sent via "SINGAPORE 23 AU 1933" to London where the air mail label had been cancelled by the two large red bars and forwarded by mail steamer to USA. A rare acceptance Mair type NEI-A-2b.
