    1931 (Apr. 4): 'City of Cairo' Crash at Koepang, Dutch East  Indies Airmail envelope addressed to Sydney, franked  1/4d. and tied by  "LONDON AIR MAIL 4 AP 31" cds., dispatched to the First Experimental Extension Flight  by Imperial from Karachi to Australia crashed at Kupang (Apr. 19), uplifted by the well known pilot Kingsford-Smith (April 25), carried to Darwin and handed over to Qantas with Sydney arrival mark on reverse (Apr. 29) Mueller 185, Nierinck 310419.
