    1864/65: Single and double weight covers from London via Kustendje to Constantinople; 1864 cover with 1858 2 d. blue pl. 9 and 1862 9 d. straw, double rate cover with 1858 1 d. red pl. 92, 1862 9 d. straw and 186 1 s. green pl. 4 all tied by London obliterators. Single rate cover with "f4" in blue crayon and "6½" credit to Prussia, the double rate cover with "f8" and 13 pence (1 s. 1 d.) credit to Prussia annotations, this last cover with rare usage of "Aus England Per Aachen-Franco" struck on blue-green instead of red. A rare and fine pairing.
