    1869: 15 bani red (Transfer Type 4) with interesting plate flaw in lower left value tablet; and 25 b. orange & blue (Transfer Type 4), both fine four margin examples used on registered front of cover to Jassy tied by both FOCSANI / SERA datestamp (Kiriac fig. 456) in blue and by framed RECOMANDAT; pre-paying 10 bani postage and 30 bani registration fee.
