    1869:10 bani blue and 25 b. blue & orange used on small mourning envelope to Liège, Belgium; the adhesives near complete but without marginal surround, tied by "Bucuresti / Dim" datestamp in black (Kiriac fig. 441). Black framed "PD" at right and red unframed "PD" alongside. Reverse of cover with Vienna transit cds (10/5) and Liege arrival cds (12/5). A scarce franking at correct rate of 35 bani for 5 grams, manuscript '10' bani credit to Austria in red crayon on front. Scarce and most attractive cover.
