    1870: 3 bani violet, fine used example with large to clear margins on yellowish paper, used on small piece addressed to the Finance Minister, with four margined 1869 15 bani red tied by "16/9" manuscript cancellations with "Posta Ghalbin" in manuscript at left. Exceptionally rare rural usage of a mixed issue franking, with the two adhesives used to make up the 18 bani rate. Certificate Heimbüchler (2012).
