    Handstruck 30 pa. blue on white wove paper, a huge margined single example used on 1863 entire letter to Bucharest, tied by fine strike of scarce BUDEU datestamp (Kiriac fig.369) in black with repeated fine strike at right of cover. Reverse with Bucharest arrival datestamp (26/12) in black. A fresh and fine cover in excellent quality. Signed Pfenninger. Certificate Heimbüchler (2010).
