    Handstruck 30 pa. blue, a fine example used on 1863 cover to Focsani, crossed by file fold, but unusually cancelled by oval sender's cachet of M. SQUARZY & Co. / IBRAILA-GALATZ in blue and also by BRAILA datestamp (26/3) in red, repeated strike at right of cover (Kiriac fig. 368). reverse with "Fokschani" arrival datestamp (28/3) in black (Kiriac fig. 299). An unusual usage and a cover of great visual appeal. Illustrated in Handbook II on page 103. Certificate Heimbüchler (2012).
