    40 parale greenish blue on yellowish paper, three fine large margined examples all used on small piece, each cancelled by rare usage of the pre-philatelic Cyrillic framed FRANKO handstamp in blue applied in Galatz (Kiriac fig. 212). Extremely attractive piece in the foremost quality. Illustrated in Handbook I on page 261, Handbook III on page 129 and Edition D'Or vol XII on page 79. Signed Zoscsak.
