    40 pa. blue on bluish wove paper, an enormous large margined used example, probably from lower right hand corner of the sheet, boldly cancelled by near complete framed "Franco / Galatz" handstamp (Kiriac fig. 308) in black. Minor bends of no importance, an exceptional and most attractive stamp, together with the piece of cover from which it was removed. Cert. Heimbüchler (2010).
