    54 parale blue on greenish blue laid paper, the large even margined example used on 1858 entire letter from Jassy to Prince Ghika in Galatz tied by complete strike of circular "Jassy / Moldova" datestamp (8/8) in blue. Cover with manuscript pen cross to denote full payment to destination (single rate to the second rayon). Some strengthening of the folds and minor vertical crease well away from the wonderful adhesive. Manuscript "54" on reverse to denote rate, an exceptional and most attractive entire.
