    1858 (July 21): 27 parale black on rose laid paper, the huge margined example on small piece, tied by complete strike of "Waslui / Moldova" datestamp (22/10) in blue (Kiriac fig. 284), with date inverted. Only four examples of the 27 pa. are recorded used from Waslui (one of these is in the Romanian Academy) and only six examples of the first issue. This is undoubtedly the finest first issue stamp used from Waslui. An exceptional stamp of excellent colour and appearance, a true "pièce d'amateur" in all respects.
