    1868c.: Cover accompanying a parcel of 19 clerical brochures mailed to Roman struck with BOTOSANI datestamp (28/11) in green (Kiriac fig. 377) with unique strike of framed Botosani PORTO / L...B 55 (bani) handstamp alongside in the same colour, with annotation above "650" grams. Reverse with "IASSI" datestamp (30/11) of transit (Kiriac fig. 399) in black and Roman arrival (1/12) datestamp (Kiriac fig. 410) in black. Certificate Heimbüchler (2012).
