    1859/60c.: Cover from Targujiul to Craiova struck with two line dated Cyrillic TARGUJIUL / FEB 14 handstamp in black (Kiriac fig. 254, highest valuation rated 'FF'). Very fine strike and extremely rare, dated in collector's annotation as 1860 which would make this one of the the latest recorded dates of use. Rare. Illustrated in Edition D'Or Vol. XII on page 40.
