Great Britain 1923 Scadta 30 c. blue with handstamped "G.B." surcharge (Type 1, 6.5mm) in violet, variety "surcharge inverted", used on 1924 Consular envelope from London to Bogotá, with Colombia 1923 3 c. blue, both tied by "Servicio De Transportes Aereo / Barranquilla" datestamps in black.
