United States 1921: Scadta 30 c. green pair handstamped "E.U." in violet (Type 1, 6½mm.) used on 1923 double rate cover from Boston with USA 2 c. carmine horizontal pair all cancelled by SCADTA / BARRANQUILLA datestamps in red (June 23). Backstamped at Bogotá (June 26). An unusual cover as there are no Colombia stamps present and the cover should have travelled via Gonzalo Mejia in New York for shipping as an enclosure.
