    Provisional "30 cent." surcharge in violet on 10 c. yellow applied in Bogotá, fine used example on flown 1922 advertising envelope from Bogotá to Barranquilla, cancelled by circular SERVICIO POSTAL SEREO / SCADTA / BOGOTA cachet in violet and 1920 Colombia 3 c. green tied on arrival at Barranquilla in blue (May 7). A fine and very rare franking, this stamp was used on 5 May, 1922 only. Almost certainly the finest known usage of this stamp on letter.
