    10 c. blue, "NACiONALES" and white dash variety discovered by Hugo Goeggel and plated to the top row of the sheet, being the central stamp in the unique horizontal used strip of three, all with close to huge margins all round and neatly cancelled by "0" handstamps in blue. A wonderful and famous piece, the largest multiple of this stamp. Cert. Moorhouse (2012).
