1 / 12½ c. black, the famous horizontal used strip of three, with large even margins all round, tied to small piece by two near complete strikes of oval BOGOTÁ handstamp in black. Note the central stamp shows the broken "S" variety in "Nacionales". There are no mint multiples of this stamp and this represents the second largest recorded multiple. A rarity.
