1806 (Nov 1): Entire letter from Tula to Popayan, distance 52 leagues / 290 kms., struck with the unique example of TVLA hamdstamp (Tizon 1 = RRR) and, below, equally fine FRANCA (Tizon 2 = RRR), both in red. Rated "1½" reales prepaid in manuscript for a single letter up to ½ ounce. Rare and very fine entire, one of two known in red ink.
