1787 (April 17): Judicial packet prepaid from Roldanillo to Cali, distance 27 leagues / 150 kms., struck with the unique example of the framed contracted RLDAL hamdstamp (Tizon 1 = EXT) and, at right equally fine FRANCA (Tizon 2 = EXT), both in red. The letter contained 5 sheets of papel sellado. Rare and splendid piece.
